Liaisons, an apartment complex covered in vines and flowers, is a beautiful solution.
The design by Mob Architects, an architecture firm in Athens, Greece, won in the residential category at this year's Future Projects Awards. Nearly 200 firms from around the world submitted entries for the competition, which celebrates innovative urban design.
Take a look at the renderings of the apartment building, which is still just a concept for now.
The apartment building would be in the center of Ruichang, the architects said in a statement. The airy lobby, open to the public, would serve as an urban park.

Vines and flowers would weave and hang from the benches, bridges, and walls.

The structure would be made from steel cladding. Solar panels on the roof would supply electricity to the residents.
